
Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Scope
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Visa Dining Program “ Dine with Visa” (“Program”) made available by Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd. (“Visa”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to eligible cardholders, through an online reservation portal managed by a third-party service provider (“Portal”).
1.2 The Program is designed as a global dining benefits program for eligible Visa cardholders. However, as of the date of these Terms, the Program is only being operated in select cities in India. The inclusion of any jurisdiction or city in the Program, and the timing of any launch, is at Visa’s sole discretion.
1.3 The availability of the Program (or any part of it) in any country or city may be limited, suspended or terminated at any time, including to comply with local laws, regulatory requirements, licensing or registration obligations, tax or foreign-exchange rules, consumer protections, or economic and trade sanctions and embargoes.
1.4 By accessing or using the Portal or submitting a reservation request under the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Portal or participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Dine With Visa services are exclusively available to cardholders who have been issued an eligible ‘ Visa Infinite ’ or ‘ Visa Signature ’ Card (each an “Eligible Card”) by a licensed issuer in India. Further, Dine With Visa shall only be available in select cities in India. Only cardholders whose Eligible Cards are issued in, and who are booking reservations for dining at participating restaurants located in, the cities where the Program is currently active may use the Program. Participation in the Program is voluntary, does not confer any rights of continued participation, and may be denied or terminated if Visa reasonably believes that your participation would breach any applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or card network rules.
2.2 Booking Requests and Confirmations : Dine With Visa platform only facilitates reservation requests. A confirmation message will be sent upon acceptance of booking by the participating restaurant. Dine With Visa does not guarantee that all booking requests will be accepted.
2.3 Non-Transactional Platform: Dine With Visa is a reservation-only platform. All payments for dining services are to be made directly to the restaurant using an Eligible Card only. The platform does not accept, process, or manage any financial transactions related to bookings or dining services.
3. Pricing, Payments and Taxes
3.1 Prices are set by the participating restaurants, and final charges are to be paid at the restaurant location using an Eligible Card only. Dine With Visa is not involved in the pricing or billing processes.
3.2 Final charges (including applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities, if any) are payable directly at the restaurant in accordance with the restaurant’s policies.
3.3 All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges (including any goods and services tax, value-added tax or similar taxes) applicable to your dining experience are your sole responsibility.
4. Conduct and Compliance
4.1 Users must provide accurate details during booking and adhere to all restaurant policies, including dress codes, timing, and behavioral expectations. Visa & Dine With Visa are not responsible in case any incorrect contact details were provided at the time of reservation on the portal.
4.2 You must comply with all restaurant policies, including dress code, minimum spend (if any), timing, age restrictions, and other rules and regulations.
4.3 You agree not to misuse the Program or Portal, including by making speculative, duplicate, or fraudulent bookings or by attempting to circumvent operational rules of the Program or the restaurant.
5. Platform and Restaurant Limitations
5.1 The Platform, Portal, Visa, and Visa’s associated companies do not assume responsibility for issues or disputes arising from the restaurant’s service, environment, or other operational factors.
5.2 Visa, the service provider and their affiliates act solely as facilitators of reservation requests and do not operate or control the participating restaurants. Visa, the service provider and their a iliates do not assume responsibility for any issues, claims or disputes arising from or in connection with the restaurant’s services, environment or operations. Any such issues should be addressed directly with the restaurant.
5.3 Visa is not responsible for any content, descriptions, menus, images, ratings or other information relating to participating restaurants displayed on the Portal or on third-party sites, and does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Platform, Portal and Visa shall not be held liable for any actions, omissions, quality of service, or other operations conducted by participating restaurants. The restaurant is solely responsible for its services and any claims arising therefrom.
6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visa, the third party service provider, the card issuers and their respective a iliates, directors, o icers, employees and agents (together, the “ Program Parties”) are not responsible for and disclaim any liability for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information on the Portal; (b) any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or technical malfunction; and (c) any loss or damage to you or any third party arising from use of or inability to use the Portal.
6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program Parties are not liable for any accidents, incidents, personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, cost or expense arising from or in connection with your visit to or dining at any participating restaurant, or the acts or omissions of such restaurant or its staff.
6.4 The Program Parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with the Program, the Portal or any reservation.
7. Policy Changes
7.1 Dine With Visa reserves the right to amend these policies as needed from time to time. The same will be updated on the Portal, and continued use of the portal implies acceptance of updated policies.
7.2 Visa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Program, the Portal, these Terms, or any aspect of participation (including eligibility criteria, participating restaurants, cities, or benefits), at any time without prior notice, including to address operational, legal, regulatory, or risk considerations.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms amounts to a commitment by Visa, the Portal operator or any restaurant to continue the Program, to include any specific restaurant, or to o er any particular benefit or promotion in the future.
8. Compliance
8.1 The Program, and all reservations and benefits under it, are subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to card network rules, foreign exchange controls, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws, anti-bribery and corruption laws, consumer protection laws, tax laws, and economic and trade sanctions.
8.2 Visa may screen participation and reservation data, and may require the Portal operator and/or restaurants to do so, against applicable sanctions and compliance lists and may decline or cancel reservations or access to the Program where required or considered appropriate for compliance or risk reasons.
8.3 The Program is void where prohibited by law. Where required by law or regulatory guidance in any jurisdiction, Visa may impose additional restrictions, conditions or disclosures, or may discontinue the Program (in whole or in part) in such jurisdiction without any liability to you.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
10. Privacy
10.1 By participating in Dine with Visa, you acknowledge and agree that Visa, and service providers acting on Visa’s behalf, may collect, use, process and share your personal information for the purpose of administering and managing the program (“Personal Data”).The Personal Data may include amongst other things name and contact information.
10.2 Data Usage, Sharing and Cross-Border Transfer: Collected Personal Data is primarily used to communicate with the user and participating restaurants regarding reservation requests. Personal Data may be shared with restaurants for booking and customer experience management purposes. Your Personal Data may be transferred overseas in the course of providing this service or otherwise for the purposes of administering Dine with Visa as appropriate.

11. Cancellation Policy
11.1 User-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the reservation time. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the reservation) may result in restrictions on future booking privileges, as determined by the restaurant or DineWithVisa.
11.2 No-Show Policy: No-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges, as determined by the restaurant.
11.3 Restaurant or Platform Cancellations: In rare instances, the restaurant or DineWithVisa may need to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be notified as soon as possible and assisted in rescheduling, where possible Visa will have no obligation to provide compensation or replacement benefits in connection with any such cancellation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
12.1 Visa’s Limited Role: Visa acts solely as a facilitator for reservation requests and are not responsible for any dining-related services provided by the restaurant, including but not limited to food quality, hygiene, customer service, or fulfillment of special requests.
12.2 Third-Party Liability: Visa, and its a iliates disclaim all liability for losses, damages, or issues related to dining experiences or services provided by participating restaurants. Users are encouraged to contact the restaurant directly for any service-related concerns.
12.3 Accuracy of Information: While every e ort is made to ensure the accuracy of information provided, Visa does not guarantee that the details of participating restaurants, o ers, and availability are error-free. Users are advised to verify details directly with the restaurant.
12.4 Force Majeure: Visa is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
13. Intellectual Property
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that any intellectual property rights in the Program, the Portal and any materials used in connection with the Program are owned by Visa, its a iliates or licensors, and you do not have any rights to such materials. You may use the Portal and related materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to making reservations under the Program and in accordance with these Terms.
